Anti-corrosion performance

In addition, post-hood annealing can improve the performance of low-carbon aluminum-killed steel hot-dip galvanized sheet, but its stamping performance mainly depends on the various processes before post-hood annealing.
Production process
The production process of hot-dip galvanized strip steel includes coating at least one surface of the steel strip with a molten zinc-based alloy, controlling the weight of the molten zinc-based alloy coating, and then solidifying the molten zinc-based alloy coating. The zinc-based alloy contains 0.1-2.0% (by weight) magnesium, and the zinc-based alloy coating is exposed to an oxygen-controlled atmosphere having a molecular oxygen content of 1000 ppm or less during at least a portion of the stage in which the molten zinc-based alloy coating is still in a liquid state, and a weight control procedure of the molten zinc-based alloy coating is also performed in the oxygen-controlled atmosphere.
