Excellent coating adhesion
The coating of hot-dip galvanized steel strip is tightly bonded to the steel substrate and has excellent adhesion. Taking a hot-dip galvanized steel plate as an example, there are particles selected from Al oxide, Si oxide, Mn oxide and composite oxides containing more than two of Al, Si and Mn in the base steel plate and within 2μm from the interface between the coating and the steel plate. This structure helps to enhance the coating adhesion.
