Differences in characteristics of different grades
DC51D: Usually used for cold forming purposes, it is more used in some occasions where the forming requirements are not particularly high, such as making some simple containers, fences, etc.
DC52D: Compared with DC51D, its stamping performance has been improved, and it is more suitable for some processes that require a certain amount of stamping and forming, and can be used to make some parts with more complex shapes.
DC53D: It has better deep drawing performance and can meet more complex forming requirements. It is often used in the production of parts with high forming accuracy and difficulty in industries such as automobile manufacturing and home appliances.
DC54D: The deep drawing performance is further improved and can be used to manufacture products with a large degree of deep drawing, complex shapes and high precision requirements.
