High-Quality Substrate with Graded Strength
Base Steel Variants: The series includes CGCC (a common grade for general use) and CGC340/440/550/570, where the numerical suffixes indicate graded yield strengths (approximately 340MPa, 440MPa, 550MPa, and 570MPa). This allows for tailored selection based on structural or load-bearing needs—from lightweight, flexible applications (CGCC) to high-strength requirements (570MPa for heavy-duty use).
The substrates are cold-rolled or hot-dip coated steel with uniform thickness, ensuring consistent mechanical performance and stable processing.
Enhanced Corrosion Resistance
Equipped with a multi-layer protective system: a zinc-based undercoating (e.g., galvanized or zinc-alloy) combined with a high-performance top color coating. This dual protection effectively resists rust, oxidation, and damage from moisture, salt spray, and industrial pollutants.
The undercoating acts as a sacrificial barrier, while the top coating provides an additional shield, extending the coil’s lifespan even in harsh environments (e.g., coastal areas, chemical plants).
