🔍 Quality control requirements
Mandatory flaw detection
Steel pipes must pass ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT) or magnetic particle (MT) flaw detection to ensure that there are no internal cracks (especially S355 series for critical structures).
Certification standards
EN 10204 3.1B material certificate must be provided, including chemical composition, mechanical properties and test reports.
Delivery status
Default controlled rolling (TMCP), high thickness or severe working conditions require normalizing (+N) to refine the grain.
