Q235B seamless pipe
Chemical composition and performance: Q235B is a low alloy steel, the main components are carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur and phosphorus, and the carbon content is generally between 0.12% - 0.20%. Its yield strength is allowed to be 235MPa, and the tensile strength is between 375 - 500MPa. Although the yield strength is low, the ductility and plasticity are excellent, with good weldability and easy to perform various welding operations.
Environmental adaptability: Suitable for use in low stress and non-cracking environments.
Q355B seamless pipe
Chemical composition and performance: Q355B is a high-strength low-alloy steel with a relatively complex composition. In addition to carbon and manganese, it also contains appropriate amounts of aluminum, nickel, copper and other elements. The allowable yield strength is 355MPa, the tensile strength is 470 - 630MPa, and it has good weldability, plasticity and toughness. However, due to the presence of low alloy elements in its composition, welding cracks may occur if the pre-welding treatment is improper, so attention should be paid to the selection of welding process.
Strength advantage: Due to its high strength, it is suitable for structures that bear heavy objects, and is more ideal for engineering projects that require tensile strength and yield strength.
