A500 Grade B
Features and description
Physical properties: Available in different nominal diameters, with certain tensile strength and tensile strength, able to withstand greater pressure and load, providing stable and reliable performance.
Chemical composition: Carbon (C) content is between 0.26% - 0.30%, Manganese (Mn) content is between 1.35% - 1.6%, Sulfur (S) maximum 0.05%, Phosphorus (P) maximum 0.04%, Copper (Cu) maximum 0.60%, Chromium (Cr) maximum 0.40%.
Uses
Building structure support: Due to its good mechanical properties, it can be used for columns, beams and supporting structures in buildings.

A500 Grade C

A500 Grade D
Features and description
Heat treatment requirements: Grade D requires heat treatment. The circumference of the pipes produced is 64 inches (1626mm) or less in welded and seamless sizes, and the specified wall thickness is 0.625 inches (15.88mm) or less.
Applicability limitations: Please note that products manufactured to this specification may not be suitable for certain applications, such as components in welded structures that are subject to dynamic loads and other situations where low-temperature notch toughness performance is required
