Galvanizing
Corrosion protection: Galvanizing can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of steel and extend its service life.
Surface treatment: Galvanized angle steel can be achieved by hot-dip galvanizing, which can form a uniform zinc layer on the surface of the steel to effectively prevent corrosion.
Application areas
Construction: Used to build high-rise buildings, bridges and tunnels, etc.
Vehicles: Used to manufacture parts such as frames, carriages and wheels.
Ships: Used to manufacture hulls, decks and cabins, etc.
Sizes and specifications
Size range: Angle steel has a wide range of sizes, with common sizes ranging from 25mm x 25mm to 250mm x 250mm, and thicknesses ranging from 2.5mm to 35mm.
Length: The length usually produced is 6m to 12m.
Processing and connection
Processing methods: Hot rolling, cold rolling, forging and cold drawing can be used.
Connection methods: Bolt connection (applicable to angle steel with holes) or welding connection can be used.
Packaging and Transportation
Packing: It can be packed in bulk, hexagonal bundles or waterproof plastic wrap.
Transportation: It is suitable for 20-foot and 40-foot container transportation, with maximum lengths of 5.85m and 11.8m respectively.
