Uses
Machinery manufacturing: Suitable for manufacturing small and medium-sized carburized and carbonitrided parts in automobiles, tractors and general machinery manufacturing industries, such as handbrake shoes, lever shafts, gearbox speed forks, transmission passive gears on automobiles, camshafts, suspension equalizer shafts, equalizer inner and outer bushings on tractors, etc.; used in the hot rolling or normalizing state to manufacture various mechanical parts that are not subjected to small forces but require high toughness; in heavy and medium-sized machinery manufacturing industries, it can be used for forging or pressing tie rods, hook rings, levers, sleeves, clamps, etc.
Other industries: In the steam turbine and boiler manufacturing industries, it is mostly used for pipes, flanges, headers and various fasteners working in non-corrosive media with a pressure of ≤6N/square and a temperature of ≤450; in railways and locomotives, it is used to manufacture castings such as crossheads and pistons.
